Fritz Hawkins, General Sales Manager of Keyes Company was quoted on May 27 in the Palm Beach Post. Mr. Hawkins affirmed that low mortgage rates and new levels of affordability will pull the Florida economy out of its nosedive. "It certainly looks like we're skidding on the bottom," said Fritz Hawkins.
